2-Year Warranty

Every order placed through our website is automatically covered by our 2-year warranty. No registration is needed—we keep your order details to help process any warranty claims.

When Your Cover Starts

Your warranty lasts for 2 years from the date you receive your order. Please contact our Customer Support team as soon as you notice a fault.

Faults Within the First 90 Days

If your solar light arrives faulty or develops a fault within the first 90 days, notify us within 90 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid returns label so you can return the faulty light free of charge.

Faults After 90 Days

If your light develops a fault after the first 90 days but within the 2-year warranty period, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

You must return the faulty light before we send your replacement. Free returns are not available after 90 days, so you are responsible for the return postage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our Customer Support team with your order details and a description of the fault.
  2. Wait for our return instructions before sending your light back.
  3. Return the light in its original packaging and in the condition it was in when the fault was reported.

Do not modify or interfere with the light’s internal workings, as this will void the warranty.

Report Your Fault Before Your Cover Expires

We use the date you first notify us of the fault to determine whether your claim falls within the warranty period. Valid claims reported before your warranty expires will still be honoured if the return or replacement is completed afterwards.

Faults first reported after the 2-year warranty has expired are not covered, even if the fault developed earlier.

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Natural events or disasters.
  • Human error or mishandling.
  • Animals.
  • Accidents.
  • Modification or interference with the light’s internal workings.
