How do I track my order?

You'll need to login to your account page. If you checked out as a guest user, then our system will automatically e-mail you a random password for the purpose of tracking the status of any of your orders. To go to the account login page, please click here

How do I register my product so it's covered for the two year warranty?

If you're having issues registering your product for the two year warranty, then please send our friendly support team a request by opening a support ticket, and they'll manually add you on to our database.

The details needed are: your name, e-mail address, product purchased, retail outlet purchased from and date of purchase.

Do solar lights require sunlight to charge?

We use only the best quality solar cells and batteries which are designed to maximise the energy that's received and stored. The solar cells will receive energy just from daylight and as the batteries will store the energy for as long as needed. In short, the answer to this question is no, just daylight will do.
